Winter Internships

GC1

Find adventure outside your comfort zone.

Volunteering adventures that will help you develop life-long friendships and provide experiences to shape you for years to come. Together we’ll change the way you see and understand the world.

Volunteer abroad to challenge yourself to do something outside your comfort zone. Experience living and working abroad with cross-cultural teams and families. The experiences range from 6 weeks to 18 months. While they are generally non-paid opportunities, you often receive stipends and basic support services like food and accommodations.

As an international internship that offers undergraduate students an opportunity to work on projects pertaining to social issues and an environment that accelerates the personal and professional development, the Global Citizen Program that AIESEC offers is the talk of the town. The aim is to model young students into international leaders by instilling in them the skills and competencies required of sedulous leaders.

GC4GC3 WHY VOLUNTEER WITH AIESEC?

Personal Development

Whether you have traveled abroad or this is your first time getting a foreign stamp on your passport, stepping out of your comfort zone might sound uncomfortable to start with, but the reward of reflecting on yourself in a complete different environment is beyond worthwhile. In many occasions, you will find yourself confronted with unexpected challenges, and how you will react to those will help define who you are. More importantly, we hope such an intensive experience can help you to figure out your real passion in life.

Professional Development

With your daily volunteering activities centered around a project, you will definitely learn how to manage a project. From promoting a cultural seminar to organizing class syllabus, every aspect of your program will help you become a better implementer. The international team will also challenge your effectiveness in communication. In this global economy, your ability to execute and communicate with different stakeholders will help you stand out.

Become A Global Citizen

The world has never been so connected, what about you? China is not just about Kung Fu and Brazil has a lot more to offer than football and Carnivals. We give you a chance to see the world, once you see it you will start understanding it. Once you understand it, you can start changing it.

GC5

You can never be 100% ready. But we’re here to support you as you take your first steps outside your comfort zone. And from there you will grow as a role model for others.

The world is more connected than ever before; it requires leaders who can work together and empathize. Gain a new appreciation and understanding of diversity and culture.
